8- THE SELLER’S DECLARATION AND COMMITMENTS

Directly preventing the fulfillment of the obligations of the SELLER regarding the product in question; Except for natural disasters, legal strike, general epidemic disease, war, partial or general mobilization announcement, transportation accidents, problems arising from software, disruption in infrastructure services from the relevant suppliers and similar force majeure, it is obliged to ensure the continuity of service. If the presentation of the product becomes impossible due to a reason not caused by the SELLER itself, it will be obliged to inform the BUYER that the execution of the contract is impossible, and to stop the service within this period.

9- FEE of PRODUCTS

The price of the product specified in this contract is the price specified on the purchased product page. The buyer will use the product for the period specified on the page of the purchased product.

11- CANCELLATION OF AGREEMENT

If the SELLER fails to fulfill the obligations of the BUYER arising from this Agreement, as specified in this Agreement and the preliminary information form, the SELLER may terminate the contract without giving any time.

12- AUTHORIZED COURT

In the implementation of this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and the Consumer Courts in the place where the BUYER purchases the product and has its residence are authorized up to the value declared by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

The BUYER's applications for complaints and objections, T.C. Consumer problems in the place where the goods or services are purchased or domiciled within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Industry and Trade in December each year may be brought to the arbitration committee or to the consumer court. Information on the monetary limit is below.

1. a) The lower monetary limit of 1.161,67 TL, indicating that there will be evidence in the upper or consumer courts that the decisions of the arbitration committees for consumer problems will be binding in the amended article 22, paragraph 5 and 6 of the Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection,
2. b) In the third paragraph of Article 5 of the Regulation on Consumer Problems Arbitration Committees published in the Official Gazette dated 1/8/2003 and numbered 25186, the lower monetary limit for provincial arbitration committees operating in cities with metropolitan status to be assigned and authorized to deal with disputes, It is 3.032,65 TL.

13- LATE-BREAKING INFORMATION

13.1- This Agreement has been made for commercial purposes.

13.2- A copy of the contract was automatically sent to the e-mail address specified by the BUYER and included in the article 1.2 of this Contract to be kept by the BUYER.
